Social events include Welcome party, Christmas/Holiday Party, Graduation Dinner, monthly birthday celebrations, and sporting events (Grizzlies, Redbirds) hosted by MSIT. Our residency has a very family friendly atmosphere, including a majority who have spouses and children. Affordable housing in safe neighborhoods throughout the metro area, including, but not limited to: East Memphis, Cordova, Germantown, Collierville, and Mud Island.
